I only plan to update this once pipenv, dynaconf or ampy need a newer version, possibly if there is some problem. Feel free to beat me to it if interested.

docker-compose 1.26 fails selftests when building if python-dotenv is older than (I think) 0.10.2. That is when the encoding support was added.

Is there a chance to get this into Fedora 32?
