Description of problem:
In Edge, lots of buttons or contents display out of range due to every page can zoom in 1000%

Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login https://manage.int.openshift.com with the account that already have subscription
2. Zoom in the page into 1000%
3. Access some other page and zoom in the page

Actual results:
Every page can zoom in 1000%

Expected results:
Suggesting set the zoom in value lower, such as, in Firefox the maximum is 300%, and in Chrome the maximum is 500%

I've applied various CSS fixes (https://stackoverflow.com/a/51668297/6758654). However, the Edge browser does not appear to respect these settings. This is *not* a regression, will address with low priority as a non-blocker.
