Describe the issue: 
This is about bug #1708680

If a user creates a VM with a pod network connected in bridge mode, and uses a cloud-init disk, then after starting and stopping the VM again, the VM will loose it's network connectivity.
A workaround is to remove the HWADDR line in /etc/sysconfig/network-scipts/ifcfg-eth0
