Description August Simonelli 2019-05-15 00:22:08 UTC
Description of problem:
Backport support for Windows 2019 instances on OSP 13.
This RFE is to track getting Windows 2019 support onto OSP 13.
OSP 15 BZ is here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1663446 but it is RHEL8.
RHEL 7.6 support for this is: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1693106
But I didn't see an explicit RFE for OSP13 to pair with that so am creating this one.

Is this BZ meant to be CLOSED? You've marked it as depends on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1757107 but that BZ is not closed. So, shouldn't this one need to be open until that one is closed?
Apologies if I have misunderstood; and if so, can you please clarify for me?

we approved and MS certified Windows 2019 on 7.6 or above.

I just updated our article https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163

Microsoft Windows Server 2019 is certified for compatibility with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6 or above.

Thanks. Sounds like OSP 13 supports Windows 2019 now.
