Description of problem:
After upgrading from RHV 4.2 to RHV 4.3 GA, In the rhv 4.3 portal the Documentation (PDFs) links are still pointing to RHV 4.2 instead of RHV 4.3.

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from RHVM from 4.2 to 4.3 

2. Open the rhvm 4.3 portal, 
e.g. https://rhvm.redhat.com/ovirt-engine/

3. In "Documentation", all the PSFs guide pointing to RHV 4.2

e.g. click on "Administration Guide [PDF]"

Actual results:
The content of the docs are still rhv 4.2.


Expected results:
The content of the docs should be rhv 4.3.

Similarly, after login to admin portal and click on "Guide" under 'Help' option, it opens the RHV 4.2 "Administration Guide".

Steps to Reproduce:
login to Admin portal -> Click on 'Help (?)' -> click "Guide" -> It opens RHV 4.2 Admin guide.

All links from welcome page show 4.3 documentation

verified in ovirt-engine-4.3.4.1-0.1.el7.noarch
