Description Dave Love 2019-05-16 15:08:00 UTC
Description of problem:

Implicit dependencies for scalapack don't work. Currently, if I just install quantum-espresso-openmpi, it won't load, because it installs scalapack-mpich, not scalapack-openmpi; the MPI variants need explicit Requires of the correct version, unfortunately.
