Upstream diskimage-builder, I don't see any reference to rhel8

Fixes for RHEL-8 have merged to diskimage builder.

In order to properly track the whole disk imager support and testing I removed the blocker flag on this bug and set it on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1710895.
