Description of problem:

Having Satellite 6.4 (latest GA from CDN) on RHEL 7.7, attempting to upgrade to Satellite 6.5 (via automation), the process fails on running `yum update -y` with:

yum update -y 
Error: Package: python2-solv-0.6.34-2.pulp.el7sat.x86_64 (@sat6)
            Requires: libsolv(x86-64) = 0.6.34-2.pulp.el7sat
            Removing: libsolv-0.6.34-2.pulp.el7sat.x86_64 (@sat6)
