puppet-tempest has been rebased to c6fd255 - the 'Fixed in version' package contains changes from commit c6fd255 and it's available via the latest symlink in RHOS-14 repository. Marking as VERIFIED. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
