Description of problem:

Amphora load balancers fail to create. The LB goes into ERROR. Checking the logs, it becomes clear that the reason is because the Nova flavor could not be found.

Load balancer fails to create and goes into provisioning_status ERROR


Expected results:
Load balancer should have been created successfully.
