Description of problem:
Hello, the background image is black after hibernate. It's impossible to change the image. A reboot solve the problem. This problem appeared with an update to Fedora 30.

nVidia 430.14 drivers

GNOME Version 3.32.2


How reproducible:
1) Update to Fedora 30
2) Hibernate system
3) Start system

Actual results:
Black background after login

Expected results:
Normla Background image

Additional info:
Reboot solve the problem

Hi, seems to be fixed with the kernel version 5.2.11 and latest nvidia update (435.21).

hibernate is a java package that has nothing to do with hibernation.
But let's close, since it seems to be fixed.
