can reproduce this issue on rhel7.6 qemu(qemu-kvm-rhev-2.12.0-18.el7.x86_64.rpm);
can NOT reproduce this issue on rhel7.5 qemu(qemu-kvm-rhev-2.10.0-21.el7.x86_64.rpm)

rhel7.7 qemu(qemu-kvm-rhev-2.12.0-29.el7.x86_64) hit this issue as well

Is it both Windows and Linux guests or just Windows? Thanks.

both windows and linux(try with rhel7.7 guest)
