Change man installation

A new upstream version of Siril is available here: https://free-astro.org/download/siril-0.9.11.tar.bz2

Makefiles has been totally rewritten and appdata is now automatically installed in the system. However, due to two issues I would recommend to patch two files:
- platform-specific/linux/org.free-astro.siril.appdata.xml
- Makefile.am (and the siril.1.gz in the src should be unarchive and placed in the right directory)
