We have already info present "Provide the address used to add the additional hosts to be managed by Hosted Engine preferrably FQDN or IP address. And both FQDN needs to be added in known_hosts file." The upstream patch - https://gerrit.ovirt.org/102513 is posted Created attachment 1608450 [details]

The changes required have been fixed and the additional information is present as mentioned in comment#3. Screenshot of the UI has been attached for the same. Hence moving the bug to verified.
