Description of problem:
On 5.11.0.6 it is impossible to provision a vm using template as its Catalog page is blank as shown in the screenshot.

5.11.0.6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add VMware provider
2.Navigate to Compute->Infrastructure->Virtual Machines
3.Lifecycle -> Provision VM from a template.

See screenshot

Expected results:
Catalog tab not blank and should allow provisioning VMs

This bz is fixed in build Version 5.11.0.8.20190611155126_01e077e. Closing it.
