This package was not installable in rawhide: 

Error:                                                                                         
 Problem: conflicting requests                                                                 
  - nothing provides python3.7dist(mimeparse) needed by python3-pyvo-0.9.3-1.fc31.noarch       
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)       

I fixed that by making it require 'python3.7dist(python-mimeparse)' as the dep generator makes. This may also need to go out to f30...
