Description of problem:
The top bar which contains the name and minimize/maximize/cross buttons, will no longer open a menu upon right click.

gnome-shell-3.32.2-1.el8.x86_64
glib2-2.56.4-2.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some application (gnome-terminal in my case).
2. Right click the top bar.
3.

Actual results:
Menu will not open.

Expected results:
Menu will open.

Additional info:
Found out by our gating test that will try to move the application to another workspace via the said menu.

and btw every left click on window title produce:
