Description of problem:
Package x509watch fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide with the error:

BUILDSTDERR: error: This macro requires some arguments
BUILDSTDERR: error: line 36: %systemd_post

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f31 x509watch-0.6.1-5.fc30.src.rpm
