This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #1715407

Description of problem:
To fix Bug 1706683, fips-mode-rchecksum was set to enable by default which is properly reflected in the brick vol file but when we do a gluster v get all all 
storage.fips-mode-rchecksum is still observed to be off. However the functionality is not impacted.

1.Create and start a volume.
2.Check the options for by issuing the gluster v get <VolumeName> all command.

Additional info:
This was observed for all volume types on both fips enable as well as disabled setups.
