Description of problem:
When creating a button, the dialog 
`Adding a new Button` Add action requires a `Request` to be filled, but the request is in the Advanced tab. It is not common that one needs to go to advance tab for Requried items.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable embedded ansible (in the Appliance Configuration)
2. Go to https://10.8.199.51/miq_ae_customization/explorer#/
3. Try adding a button without specifying the Request

Actual results:
Action blocked by emptyness of an item in the Advanced tab.
