Description of problem:
It is not possible to debug why we see VM migration division not balanced,
as reported here:
Bug 1716283 - [v2v] [VDDK][RHV] concurrent VMs migration is not well balanced between conversion hosts.

Please add extra debug logging, that can explain why the conversion host has been selected and the others rejected, by dumping some variables. This can be added permanently to the product, but it will require enabling debug mode to limit verbosity in standard environment.
