Description of problem:
The proxysql man page is installed under

/usr/share/man/man1/builddir/build/SOURCES/proxysql.1.gz

instead of the expected

/usr/share/man/man1/proxysql.1.gz

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf download proxysql
2. rpm2cpio proxysql-1.3.7-8.fc29.x86_64.rpm  | cpio -div
3. find usr/share/man/man1

Actual results:
usr/share/man/man1
usr/share/man/man1/builddir
usr/share/man/man1/builddir/build
usr/share/man/man1/builddir/build/SOURCES
usr/share/man/man1/builddir/build/SOURCES/proxysql.1.gz

Expected results:
usr/share/man/man1
