RHV 4.3 contains Ruby SDK which is released on RHEL 7 and included into CloudForms. Because CloudForms 5.0 is going to be based on RHEL 8, we need to release the SDK also on RHEL 8

verified in rubygem-ovirt-engine-sdk4-4.3.0-1.el8ev.x86_64.rpm, rubygem-ovirt-engine-sdk4-doc-4.3.0-1.el8ev.x86_64.rpm
