Description of problem:
Gnome On Screen Keyboard pushes the focused window to the top. Due to this part of the window is pushed out of screen if session is run in a kiosk mode.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a gnome-terminal with OSK enabled in session.
2. The gnome-terminal window shifts some point upwards.
3.

Actual results:
Window is pushed out of screen.

Expected results:
Window position remains constant irrespective of OSK launch.

This is the expected result if the on-screen keyboard would otherwise cover the focused entry/element within the window.

The problem is that if the window is opened in a kiosk mode, the title bar goes out of screen.

Secondly in case of lower resolutions (for example 900x600), the On Screen Keyboard doesn't fit in to the screen fully.
The lower part of OSK goes below the screen.

It seems like we need 1024x768 or above resolution to fit in correctly.

A workaround I found was to reduce the Font Scaling from Gnome Tweaks, it helps the OSK to fit in the screen. But it affects the system fonts.

Regarding the issue reported here in comment #0, the shift of window is not seen on Fedora 28 (was using Wayland). One more issue that I found upstream.
