Description of problem:
the alert style in a modal is a little different the alerts on page

origin latest

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User try to create a duplicate deployment config on /deploy-image page
2. User tries to expand PVC to a value exceeds the quota

Actual results:
1. An error alert is shown on page, content is left aligned, see attachment
2. An error alert is shown on page but in a different style with result1, it's right aligned,see attachment

Expected results:
1-2. Maybe they should be in the same alignment

Fixes are not merged in 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-07-01-035535, will check in new build

error alert is shown on page and in modal are in same format, they're both left-aligned.
