Dyninst rebased to version 10.1.0 The Dyninst instrumentation library has been updated to upstream version 10.1.0. Notable improvements include: * Startup time has been improved by using parallel code analysis. Dyninst packages and dynamically links tbb and boost libraries, which may impact applications intending to use dyninst that also dynamically link one of these libraries. Please note that this build of Dyninst 10 supports only x86-64.

dyninst for Developer Toolset 9.0 RHEL7 should be updated to match the version in GCC Toolset 9 RHEL 8.1.

Dyninst dyninst-9.3.1-3.el7 seems broken on ppc64 (big endian) bz1763156, and  on aarch64 bz1763157.
