Against bash 3.0-35 :

- There is no URL tag, add to spec :
  URL: http://www.gnu.org/software/bash/
- /usr/bin/bashbug-32 is mode 555, I haven't been able to
  find info as to why this could be wanted/normal

I'd also suggest removing the explicit gzipping of the info files, as it happens
automatically and will prevent breakage if some day the automatic compression
uses something else than gzip.
