Description of problem:
texts in Download report button are not aligned on FF66, after clicking the button, the text will be aligned well

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Metering, create example Report using `Create Report` on `Administration -> Chargeback -> Reports` page
2. Viewing report details on report details page


Actual results:
2. There is `Download <report-name>.csv` button, the text `Download` is not aligned with text `<report-name>.csv` on FF66, it's shown in good format on on Chrome 75 & Safari 12


Expected results:
2. Button text should be aligned

Metering installation is blocked by https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1728223, will check on a new build when bug fix is available

Now the button is changed with text `Download` only, so the issue has been fixed
