Description of problem:
When deleting icons that were uploaded to service catalog items

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.5

How reproducible:
all the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.upload an icon to a service catalog item (api or interface)
2.do any other operation then come back to the catalog item page
3.delete the icon using the interface or api

Actual results:
the icon is still displayed for the service

Expected results:
the icon is replaced with the default
