After hitting bug 1729192 i re-run the controller-1 upgrade step to test if it's enough to work around the issue, and hit a mysql upgrade bug (that is, the upgrade is failing earlier than in previous attempt, which failed on step 5 of deployment tasks). Attaching upgrade log.

I haven't hit this for quite some time, i'll close the BZ and we can reopen if someone manages to reproduce it.
