Fix is included in zeromq-4.3.2-1.el8 used since Train in CentOS8.

For CentOS7 we still have vulnerable code, however zeromq is not a supported messaging backend (it's only included as dependency for some other package) and this is moderate CVE, so we will not fix it at this point of the cycle.
