Debugging Tip that can be added to Troubleshooting section:
Running this command failed.
I then ran the command:
"mistral action-execution-list | grep -v SUCC"
Output shows 2 Workflows IDs:
2904c241-a0ec-42a0-939c-2b3fded0734e
87fecf5e-169e-4ed5-892b-6c695d54210b 

I then ran the command:
"mistral action-execution-get-output 87fecf5e-169e-4ed5-892b-6c695d54210b"
The returned output showed what the problem was
