Description of problem:
I provisioned a host via satellite. When I rebuilt it, the host was not able to subscribe

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.6 snap 11


How reproducible: Always 


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Host via PXE provisioning. Wait for it to finish.
2. Rebuild it ("Build" Button on host details page). 
3. Wait for the re-install to finish. 

Actual results: 
The host is not able to register during the reinstall. When I tried to subscribe manually i get this error:

[root@lucy-medlen ~]# subscription-manager register --org="Default_Organization" --activationkey="ak-rhel-7"
HTTP error (422 - Unknown): Please unregister or remove hosts which match this host before registering: lucy-medlen.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com


Expected results:
Host is able to register during reinstall.
