Description of problem:

There has been some code-sanity stuff done upstream
and there is actually nothing in the sbd-version coming
with rhel-8.1.0 that isn't useful in rhel-7.8.
And it makes application of patches needed for other
rhel-7.8 BZs easier and less risky.
