After updating package linux-firmware-whence.noarch USB devices stopped working.

How reproducible:
Update linux-firmware-whence

Steps to Reproduce:
dnf -y update linux-firmware-whence

Actual results:
USB devices stopped working.

Expected results:
USB devices work.

dmesg shows failures:
