Description of problem:

1. In single node deployment, CHAPTER 4. CONFIGURE KEY BASED SSH AUTHENTICATION
WITHOUT A PASSWORD

The statement "FQDN of the host’s management network interface" seems to be little confusing.We can replace the statement like "Configure key-based SSH authentication without a password from the root user from the FQDN of the host to its IP addresses and FQDNs"

Few changes needed in Step 6 - Specify bricks

a.Since LV Name is readonly in brick tab, its not recommended to edit. So need to modify the statement which states “Specifies the name of the logical volume to be created. This is the same as you specified on the previous page of the wizard”

b.Same as above, the mountpoint shouldn't be edited/specified. Make necessary changes for “Specifies the mount point for the logical volume. This should be equivalent to the brick directories that you specified on the previous page of the wizard.”

c. Same as above, Thinp checkbox cannot be ticked . Need modification for “Specifies whether to provision the volume thinly or not. Note that thick provisioning is recommended for the engine volume. Do not use Enable Dedupe & Compression at the same time as this option ”

This needs changes for both general RHHI deployment and single node.

Verified with the doc link.
The brick section now explains that the contents are pre-filled, 
rather than instructing to fill in the details
