Description of problem:
icemon fails to connect to the scheduler after icecream was updated to 1.2.

Issue is fixed in icemon version 3.2.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl start icecc-scheduler
2. systemctl start iceccd
3. icemon

Actual results:
icemon says: "No scheduler available"

Expected results:
icemon should show running hosts

Additional info:
The rpm rebuilds cleanly with sources from https://github.com/icecc/icemon/archive/v3.2.0.tar.gz. The current patch could be dropped as it is already applied.
