This doesn't look like a webkit2gtk3 crash, but rather a gtk3 one at gtk_css_node_invalidate() under all those gtk_css_...()
Seeing it's while rendering a theme scrollbar, is it somehow reproducible?

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
