As a user I want `getcert list` to show the template/profile, ms v2 template, and issuer (sub-CA) configured for a request.

IdM is going to configure a profile for all certmonger requests. This change will display the profile if available to make debugging/troubleshooting easier. The raw profile is still available in /var/lib/certmonger/requests if needed.
