Description of problem:
ESC does not display the details of Issuer, Issued To, and Status for the smart cards:
CAC, ATOS Siemens, Gemalto, Alt Token cards.

esc-1.1.2-10.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert the smart card
2. Launch ESC

Actual results: Issuer, Issued To, and Status fields display "unknown" 


Expected results: Appropriate details should be displayed in those fields.
