Please fix galera at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
galera will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
galera will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Yeah:
| line 45: scons-3: command not found

... looks like the "scons" package switched to "/usr/bin/scons" instead of "/usr/bin/scons-3".

I notified them that it wasn't nice to do such change without prior notice.
