Please fix gmic at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
gmic will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
gmic will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Broken due to broken deps in opencv.

the opencv build Started on Wed, 31 Jul 2019 21:11:55 UTC but arm don't finish yet , this is not usual , I will try cancel the build and try again .
