ocaml-lablgl failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f31

Please fix ocaml-lablgl at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ocaml-lablgl will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
ocaml-lablgl will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This package doesn't build because a dependency (camlp4) has been deprecated upstream.

However for this particular package I'm hopeful that something may be done about
it to remove the camlp4 dependency, and therefore I am keeping this bug open.

This was fixed upstream:
https://github.com/garrigue/lablgl/issues/1

so I was able to rebuild it in Fedora:
