python-sphinx-autobuild failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f31

Please fix python-sphinx-autobuild at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-sphinx-autobuild will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
python-sphinx-autobuild will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.

I can see 3 recents builds for f31:

python-sphinx-autobuild depends on python3-port-for; https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-port-for which is a dead package now.

python-sphinx-autobuild is retired now.
