Please fix tinygo at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
tinygo will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
tinygo will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Bug is related to the parsing of the Go version: the program doesn't handle beta version. To be rebuild when it hit stable.

I already sent a patch upstream to fix the parsing, but there are still other issues to work out with 1.13.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.
