Description of problem:
The command "conda shell.bash hook" fails with the following error message:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/conda/shell/etc/profile.d/conda.sh'

conda-4.6.13-1.fc30.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install package
2. Run "conda shell.bash hook"
3. Observe error

Actual results:
Error

Expected results:
No error

Additional info:
Relevant because of https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/7980.

On a related note, I think this package should reintroduce the activate command, because Miniconda still has it. Missing the activate command causes trouble with a lot of third-party software, e.g. https://github.com/rstudio/reticulate/issues/522.

I'm working on this, though along with an update to 4.8.0 that's taking longer than I hoped. 

I'm not inclined to re-introduce the activate command though.  It's way too generic a name and it really is just a wrapper for "conda activate".
