- What is the reason for the Python2 dependency? Software written in Python - What are the upstream/community plans/timelines regarding Python 3? No plans for porting rho to Python3. Rho is being sunset in favor of the quipucords (qpc) project. - What is the guidance for porting to Python 3? No plans. rho can be dropped starting in Fedora 31 Then, could you please retire it in rawhide? Looks like this is already done. rho]$ fedpkg retire "Obsoleted by quipucords. See https://github.com/quipucords" dead.package found, package probably already retired - will not remove files from git or overwrite existing dead.package file This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle. Changing version to '31'. Automation has figured out the package is retired in Fedora 31. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement |
