Description of problem:
In an effort to enable the Hebrew spell-checker under writer (previously disabled in bug 172063) I tried using writer under a Hebrew locale ($ LC_ALL=he_IL oowriter).
While it does work (Interface switches to RTL, Hebrew spell checker works) the Interface itself goes nuts.
A couple of examples:
1. The menu bar remains in English but all the text is aligned to the left. (The UI settings under Language is "Default" which, AFAIK should result in a Hebrew UI)
2. The Options dialog, is partially Hebrew (good) and partially German (bad). E.g. "User Data" under English becomes "benutzerdaten" (Which, according to Google, is the German word for UserData...). However, "General" becomes "&#1499;&#1500;&#1500;&#1497;" which is OK.
3. The Customize dialog, remains English (Though again, aligned to the left), but the OK/Cancel/etc are in Hebrew.

I assume that I can find a couple of other examples.

Actual Results:  Mixed languages; assortment of language related UI problems.

Unfortunately it appears that the hebrew translaters for OOo has not completed
the 2.0 translations yet. Your problem with being able to override the language
used for a text document will be fixed in 2.0.1 due out within a week for FC4.

just don't have complete hebrew coverage->CANTFIX :-(
