This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle. Changing version to 31. Please answer the above questions. If you don't the package can be orphaned: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/F31_Mass_Python_2_Package_Removal#Information_on_Remaining_Packages If you need any information or help, please let us know. python2-mlt is use by flowblade [1] was announce python 3 for flowblade 2.4 , but is not yet released 2.2 :( meanwhile we need python2-mlt [1] https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5013 https://github.com/jliljebl/flowblade/issues/597 Please ask for a FESCo exception for mlt. Mention the upstream plan to "Do Python 3 conversion during 2021." Here's an example exception request: https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2208 As far as I can see, mlt requires gtk2, but gtk2's Python2 dependency (in gtk2-devel) is not strongly related to python2-mlt.
