Description of problem:

For a setup with two glusterblock provisioners deployed, after a manual upgrade to OCS 3.11.4 is performed, the provisioner names for both the glusterblock provisioner pods should be updated such that they are distinct and not the same. Not doing this will result in this : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1732787
